ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Overseas Pakistanis Zulfi Bukhari has said that search and rescue teams have been called for the search and rescue teams of Ali Sadpara and his fellow climbers. Syed Zulfi Bukhari has reassured that Prime Minister Imran Khan and Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa are deeply concerned over the disappearance of Pakistani climbers Ali Sadpara and his associates and are monitoring their search. “The weather is not good so the mission is not easy,” he wrote on Twitter. We have the support of the Pakistan Army and will do our best to bring the climbers back safely. Three climbers, including Pakistani mountaineer Muhammad Ali Sadpara, who tried to conquer the world’s second-highest mountain K2 in the winter, have lost contact with the base camp, team and family since Friday.
