In the second match of the three-match ODI series between Pakistan and England, England defeated Pakistan by 52 runs.
In the ongoing match at Lord’s Cricket Ground in London, Pakistan won the toss and invited the hosts to bat first. England were bowled out for 247 in 45.2 overs.
For England, Phil Salt scored 60 and James Owens 56 while captain Ben Stokes was dismissed for 22.
Apart from them, Braden Kirson was dismissed for 31, Gregory for 40 and Orton for zero.
For Pakistan, fast bowler Hassan Ali took 5 wickets and Haris Rauf took 2 wickets while Shaheen Shah Afridi, Shadab Khan and Saud Shakeel took one wicket each.
It is to be noted that one innings of the match was limited to 47 overs due to rain.
The first match between the two teams was played two days ago in which England defeated Pakistan by 9 wickets after a one-sided contest.
