Lahore, 3rd April: Coronavirus pandemic has taken its toll globally and is affecting mankind not just healthwise but more in economic terms.
According to a video released on Mubasher Lucman Official YouTube Channel, the renowned anchor has given a complete analysis of the current slump around the world, be it the entertainment industry or the stocks, the world has faced its largest economic crisis in the history.
Mubasher Lucman reported that Hollywood, Bollywood, Lollywood and the entertainment industry all over the world are collapsing amid the calamity. Music concerts are being canceled and film shootings are being called off.
The Chinese film industry had to face an estimated 2$ million loss due to the pandemic. There are approximately 70,000 cinemas in China that are shut down to the pandemic fear and their owners are facing millions of dollars of loss.
Coronavirus concerns: No Time to Die;
Hollywood: All the big production companies have delayed the release of their movies and shootings of the major film has come to a halt. Tom Hanks and his wife were infected with the virus, although they have recovered, sadly there are some noteworthy Hollywood veteran actors that have suffered death due to coronavirus.
Tom Cruise, the Hollywood superstar survived being infected with the virus, as he had to be in Italy to shoot for his upcoming movie, ‘Mission Impossible’. Hollywood production company, Paramount Pictures had scheduled a three-week shoot of the movie in Venice, Italy, which got canceled after seeing the situation caused by the virus.
Similarly, next in the James Bond series, ‘No time to die’, got delayed and the famous series, ‘Fast and Furious 9’ which was scheduled to release in May got canceled and its hero Vin Diesel apologized to the people.

The anchor named many Hollywood, horror, romantic and adventurous movies which were to be released in the month of March but have been delayed till the period unknown.
Bollywood: The Indian film industry has suffered a serious blow, millions of people linked to it have gone jobless, especially the daily wagers. The Bollywood industry is going to face approximately Rs 75 to 90 million loss weekly, attributing to the pandemic. The restaurants, parking areas and cafes associated with these cinemas are another sorry picture.
The famous Indian movie ‘Angrezi Medium’, which was released just before the pandemic spiked in India could earn only Rs 20 million, which is half the total budget spent on the movie.
Another Bollywood movie ‘Baaghi 3’ has earned just a little above its mark, as it was released on the 6th of March, was able to score more.
Lollywood: The rising Pakistan film industry has also been affected badly, many cinemas and theatres are closed down and the shooting of some of the movies has been called off.
The famous TV actress, Sakina Samo, who was busy with the production and direction of her movie ‘Intezar’ has to face a long period of delay. Another Lollywood movie ‘London Nahi Jaonge’, produced by Pakistan’s superstar Hamayun Saeed, has been postponed and the shooting has not been initiated yet. Saeed Noor, the famous Pakistan movie director was set to direct a Punjabi movie, ‘Merey Baajray ki Rakhi’ has shelved his project under the current circumstances.
