ANKARA: According to reports, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said that a new era is about to begin after the sanctions are lifted. Addressing the 27th session of the Turkish Parliament, he said that world powers around the world are proud to raise their voices for the Palestinian nation and the oppressed Muslims around the world. “Occupied Jerusalem is our city, and a new era is about to begin with the lifting of sanctions imposed during World War I,” he added. The Turkish President said that he would raise his voice for the rights of the Palestinian people at every forum. He further said, “We are proud that our country, nation and government all speak up for the Palestinian nation. Jerusalem is our city.
