Petition for disqualification of CM Punjab is Scheduled for hearing

According to the report of Baaghi TV, a petition for disqualification of Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Bazar has been scheduled for hearing in the Lahore High Court.

Lahore High Court Chief Justice Qasim Khan will hear the petition of Abdul Waheed Baloch Advocate today. The petition lists the Election Commission of Pakistan Returning Officer PP-286 and others as parties.

High Court rejects bail plea of Former Provincial Home Minister

In his petition, the petitioner said that Usman Buzdar won the general election from PP-286 and was elected a member of the Punjab Assembly. Usman Buzdar declared his assets worth Rs 2.5 crore in his nomination papers. Usman Buzdar stated in his affidavit that the value of assets was 761,893. Usman Buzdar hid the facts by showing separate assets in the nomination papers and affidavits.

Uzair Baloch’s appeal against Sindh High Court’s decision

The petitioner said in the petition that Usman Buzdar is no more Sadiq and Amin. Petitioner asked the court to disqualify the Chief Minister of Punjab Usman Buzdar and to suspend the membership of Usman Buzdar till the decision of the petition is decided. Petitioner also asked the court to order Usman Buzdar from to stop working as the Chief Minister of Punjab.
