PM Khan wants Immediate Approval of Pending Legislations

Islamabad September 7 (Online Int’l): Prime Minister Imran Khan on Monday directed Advisor to Prime Minister on Parliamentary Affairs Dr Babar Awan to complete the pending legislation process as soon as possible.

The Prime Minister said this during his meeting with Dr Babar Awan who called on the PM at his office in Islamabad. Dr Babar Awan briefed the Prime Minister about the government‘`s strategy to complete the legislation process in the next Parliament session in order to meet FATF conditions.

Prime Minister Khan directed the Parliamentary Affairs Advisor to complete the legislation process as soon as possible. Imran Khan said the legislatures focused should be on public related legislation so that common man can be provided relief.

Imran Khan directed Babar Awan to work on the cases of women inmates in prison in different parts of the country.

Dr Awan informed the Prime Minister about the government’s coordination with the opposition.
