Islamabad, 1st October: It’s a great honour for Pakistan that Prime Minister Imran Khan has left behind other world leaders and ranks number one in popularity.

According to reports, another unique honour for Prime Minister Imran Khan is that he has become the most effective voice of the world after his speech at the United Nations General Assembly platform.

Prime Minister became the most-listened and most-watched leader of the United Nations for the second consecutive time.

The Prime Minister’s recent speech was widely viewed on the official UN YouTube channel. US President Donald Trump and Indian Prime Minister Modi are left far behind Imran Khan in viewership.

Prime Minister Imran Khan’s speech has been watched by 169,000 people so far, his speech last year was also watched by more than 2.8 million people so far.
This year, US President Trump at the UNGA was second with 137,000 viewers. At number one, Indonesian President Joko Widodo is in the 3rd position with 94,000 views.

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani’s speech was watched by 67,000 people, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s speech by 62,000 people, Russian President’s speech by 59,000 people, Chinese President’s speech by 44,000 people and Afghan President Ashraf Ghani’s speech by only 8,000 people.

PM Imran used his UNGA address to warn the international community that India was planning another ill-conceived misadventure in a nuclearised environment, but Pakistan was ready to fight for its freedom to the end, as reported in Dawn.

He also urged the UN Security Council to play its role in preventing this dangerous conflict, which could jeopardise the entire region.
