PML-N leader likely to be arrested before PDM Rally

Lahore, 13th November: An important PML-N figure may be arrested before the PDM rally in Lahore.

According to the report of Baaghi TV, before the Lahore meeting of the PDM, the institutions have mobilized against the PML-N.

The NAB has filed a reply in the court to reject the bail application of PML-N leader Rana Sanaullah. If the court rejects the bail application, then the PML-N leader will be arrested

The NAB has filed a reply in the case of assets in excess of income against Rana Sanaullah. NAB seeks rejection of Rana Sanaullah’s bail plea from Lahore High Court.

 

Complaints allege anonymous and excessive assets against Rana Sanaullah. The competent authority approves the inquiry and investigation against Rana Sanaullah. Summons notices were issued to Rana Sanaullah and he was never harassed, NAB is investigating against Rana Sanaullah as per Lahore law.

Rana Sanaullah’s bail application in the case of assets in excess of income will be heard on November 16, according to reports.

NAB’s petition against Rana Sanaullah has been fixed for hearing in the Lahore High Court. A two-member bench headed by Justice Sardar Ahmed Naeem will hear the petition. He has been on interim bail since March 25 in the case of excess assets.

PML-N leader Rana Sanaullah has also filed a petition in the Lahore High Court against the NAB summons. In the petition, it was stated that NAB has called for an investigation against the law.

Both the narcotics and NAB are under the umbrella of the federation, NAB is investigating their assets which have been frozen by the NF court, how can both the federal agencies investigate at the same time, the petition further said. The petition seeks the court to quash the call-up notices issued by the NAB.

It should be noted that Rana Sanaullah was released after six months in the drug case. The National Assembly member, PML-N Punjab President Rana Sanaullah, who was released in the drug case, has said that there is no head or foot in this case. I will not mention the circumstances under which I was imprisoned. I was granted bail six months later, but not justice.
