Larkana September 7 (Online Int’l): The managements at private schools across Sindh province have deprived teaching and non-teaching staff of their salaries.

On the other hand agitation drive by the Private Institutes owners for restoration of the education is likely.

As reports, thousands of staff of private educational institutes of Sindh, teaching and non-teaching included, are deprived of the last eight months salaries.

On the other side, the sources of Private Education Institutes said that many private schools had threatened the employees to terminate them due to demands of paying off the remaining monthly salaries. Meanwhile, Federal and Sindh Government had asked that no employee will be terminate nor threatened, but owners of private schools were persistent on not paying salaries.

At an emergency meeting of the Association of Private Institutions Sindh under the chair of Bashir Channa, it was said that they will not challenge the government’s writ. The government will open the educational institutes under SOPs and also announce a relief package to the Private Educational Institutes, he demanded.
