Provincial operation initiated to curb violation of COVID-19 SOPs
Lahore (20th March, 2021, 12:45 pm): District administration Lahore officials have actively initiated proceedings to implement Corona SOPs in the region.
According to Baaghi TV reports, a total of thirty-four shops, stores and marriage halls have been sealed, and a fine of Rs.37,000/- imposed. Assistant Commissioner Shalimar Mansoor Qazi has registered First Information Reports (FIRs) against nine shops and three marriage halls. Moreover, he has imposed a Rs.37/- fine against them.

Assistant Commissioner City Faisan Ahmed has reportedly sealed twenty shops and othe stores including two restaurants.

Moreover, amusement parks and other parks will also be closed by 6 p.m. Cinema halls, theaters, marriage halls, community centers and marquees are completely closed, only open spaces will be allowed to function, with no more than 300 people attending. Only takeaways are allowed in restaurants and cafes, while medical services, petrol pumps, and grocery stores will be open 24 hours a day. Only 50% of staff in public and private offices are allowed to call.
