Justice Qazi Faez Isa wrote a letter to president seeking clarity regarding government filing reference against him in Supreme Judicial Council.
According to the reports of Baaghitv, senior justice of Supreme Court, Justice Qazi Faez Isa wrote a letter to President of Pakistan, Arif Alvi seeking clarity whether government has filed a reference against him against allegation of misconduct. Copies of the letter have been sent to the prime minister and the Supreme Court as well.
It must be remembered that in the past few days it was reported in media that Government had sent a reference against justice isa in the alleged misconduct to the Supreme Judicial Council.
