Resolution condemning massacre of Muslims in Assam submitted in Punjab Assembly
Lahore: A resolution condemning the massacre of Muslims in the Indian state of Assam has been submitted to the Punjab Assembly.
The resolution was submitted by PML-N member Hina Pervez Butt.
In the text, he said that this House of Representatives of Punjab strongly condemns the killing of unarmed Muslims in the Indian state of Assam.
In Assam, Indian Army and Indian media representatives together martyred Muslims, which is causing great anger among the people of Pakistan in this regard.
She said that Indian occupying forces were massacring unarmed Muslims in occupied Kashmir and now Muslims in India are also insecure.
She called on the federal government to take up the matter with the United Nations and the Security Council immediately, and urged the United Nations to urge India to ensure the safety of Muslims.
