Bollywood’s evergreen romantic hero passed away today leaving everyone sad and mournful, however, his family says they will remember Rishi not with tears but with a smile.
According to Indian media, commenting on the death of Bollywood legend and actor Rishi Kapoor, his family said that according to the hospital administration, Rishi Kapoor was happy even in his last moments and had a smile on his face. That is why we will always remember Rishi Kapoor not with tears but with a smile.

Rishi Kapoor’s family also released a statement to share the news of his death with the fans. Our beloved Rishi Kapoor passed away peacefully in the hospital at 8:45 this morning after fighting leukemia for 2 years. According to the doctors and medical staff of the hospital, Rishi Kapoor remained happy till his last moment.
Rishi Kapoor has been battling cancer for almost 2 years. Rishi Kapoor’s family said that during these two years, family, friends, movies, and food were his focus and this is how he fought with his illness.
Bollywood heartthrob of yesteryears passes away
The family of the Indian actor said, “We know that India, like the rest of the world, has a lockdown and crowds are banned in view of the global epidemic, so we ask Rishi Kapoor’s fans, well-wishers and friends to stay at home.” Stay tuned and respect government measures to prevent corona outbreaks.”
It is to be noted that Rishi Kapoor is survived by his wife actress Neetu Singh, son Ranbir Kapoor, and daughter Radhima Kapoor.
Pakistani artists mournful on Irrfan Khan’s death
In October 2018, reports surfaced that Rishi Kapoor was suffering from cancer for which he had gone to the United States for treatment.
Later, in January 2019, his brother Randhir Kapoor confirmed that he was undergoing treatment in the United States, but the disease was not disclosed at that time.
The Bollywood heartthrob Rishi Kapoor has left a void in the Indian Film Industry but he will always be remembered with loving words.
