Severe lack of infrastructure in India to fight coronavirus

India is faced with a deteriorating condition during the pandemic, with health facilities running and the number of patients on the rise.
According to the report of Baaghi TV, the destruction from coronavirus continues in India, it has spread in 33 states of India. Lockdown is in force till May 3. It is also likely to be further extended.
The Indian government has submitted a review report on the lack of isolation beds, ventilator and ICU beds in the infrastructure to fight the coronavirus, according to which Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Assam districts are severely deficient. This data is based on the statistics as of April 23.

According to the South Asian Wire News Agency, there are less than 100 isolation beds in 183 districts in India, and 67 are already occupied by the cases of coronavirus infection.
There are 53 isolation beds in 53 districts in UP, out of which 31 districts have reported cases of COVID-19. Bihar comes next with less than 100 isolation beds. Assam ranks third with less than 100 isolation beds in 33 districts, with six cases of coronavirus patients.
In Uttar Pradesh, Saharanpur, Ferozeabad, and Rai Bareli the situation is worse. India’s 10 districts have already used much of their potential. Ferozeabad in Uttar Pradesh has a total of 30 beds with 62 infected patients, Surat has 253 beds and 440 patients, Mumbai has 2,260 beds and there are 3,615 patients who are constantly increasing. Out of these 10 districts, four are from Uttar Pradesh and two from Gujarat.
