A group of seven people, including the Kashmiri political leader Shah Faesal and social worker Shehla Rashid, approached the Supreme Court challenging the presidential order of dismissing the special status of Jammu and Kashmir, moreover, rejecting the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization Act.
