Death row detainee Shahrukh Jatoi — the main blamed in the 2012 Shahzeb Khan murder case — was recently moved to the central jail after the convict was enjoying lavish perks at a private hospital in Karachi for more than two years.

As per sources, Jatoi was living on the upper floor of Qamar-ul-Islam Hospital in Karachi, which was apparently leased by Jatoi’s family for the detained convict. Per subtleties, Jatoi was carrying on with a typical life regardless of being sentenced in a homicide case.

After the news was communicated on media, the prison organization made a quick move and Jatoi was invested in the slammer in no energy.

As per sources, the convict, Shahrukh Jatoi was seen utilizing TV, air-conditioner, and a fridge among different offices, in a private hospital room — a clear violation of rules and procedures of the Pakistan Penal Code.

Sources said that Jatoi was remaining at a private medical clinic in the Gizri area of Karachi for over two years rather than Karachi’s focal prison. He was clearly carrying on with a “luxurious life on the upper floor of the private hospital.”

They further referenced that Shahrukh Jatoi was additionally permitted to leave the emergency clinic premises and no police official was seen on the job.
