Shaniera Akram believes every household must prepare for COVID-19

Wife of former cricketer, Shaniera Akram, has taken to Twitter to voice her fears pertaining to the pandemic.
According to reports of Baaghi TV, Akram said that in her eight years living in Pakistan she has seen a lot and yet, she as never been frightened as she has been since the spread of the novel Coronavirus.

Akram wrote: “I’ve been living in Pakistan for more than 8 years. I have seen a lot. But nothing has frightened me more than the way, we as a country, have handled this pandemic.”
Pandemic now turned into an Endemic
She went to say that as a nation, Pakistani are beyond the point of ‘if we contract COVID’. She said that every Pakistani household must ‘prepare for when”.’

Cynthia Richie gives further details of her allegations
In another tweet, Pakistan’s ‘Bhabi’ went on to show appreciation for all those who had taken the necessary precautions. Akram said, “To all those people who have done the right thing, thank you, you have helped slow down the spread but unfortunately we were just not strong enough, now we must brace ourselves for inevitable.” She continued to add, “Please stay safe, follow SOPs and keep your doors closed !”
