Sindh Government raises apprehensions over census

The Sindh government also raised concerns over the census.

Baaghi TV: Sindh Information Minister Nasir Shah said that PPP has taken the highest stand on the census. UNICEF had conducted a survey and the report came out. The census and the UNICEF report came out at the same time. Everyone in Karachi had concerns about the census.

He said that legally no one can be stopped from settling in Karachi. There should be a provincial finance commission. The provincial finance commission has been formed but it is not working. It shall start working from this year.

Keeping in view that Karachi residents have a lot of apprehensions about the census. Similarly, Sindh has also objected to it. Opposition parties and the government have also accused the government of manipulating the population and restricting national resources to certain individuals.
