It’s also essential to look after your diet and beverages. You should increase your water intake. It is important to consume dried nuts. Try to eat dried fruits now that winter is coming.
She claims that the most significant thing she uses is fenugreek seeds, which she describes as a kitchen spice.

Mirza also demonstrated the making of fenugreek seed paste. Take five tablespoons of fenugreek seeds, finely ground them after grinding, filter them, and combine the filtered powder with two teaspoons of castor oil in a mixing dish. Make a paste with the ingredients. You can also use almond or coconut oil.

Castor oil is very useful for the healthy, growth, and softening of hair.

Put castor oil and fenugreek paste in warm water for ten minutes and cover from the top. Then apply it well to the hair roots and wash the scalp after 25 to 30 minutes. Use twice a week for best results.

She also stated that the remaining paste can be preserved, but before applying the paste, put it in warm water for 5 minutes and then use it.
