Justice Qazi Amin said that the case of Senator Sarfraz Bugti has been adjourned till July 14. No one has arrested Senator Sarfraz Bugti for six months. Now Sarfraz Bugti has been arrested. Who will arrest?

Former Balochistan Home Minister Senator Sarfraz Bugti’s bail in child abduction case was canceled by the Balochistan High Court on June 23. The Balochistan High Court had ruled on Sarfraz Bugti’s bail application. The court granted bail to Sarfraz Bugti. Was canceled.
Earlier on January 17, the Balochistan High Court had granted pre-arrest bail to Senator Sarfraz Bugti. The court had ordered the senator to submit a bond of Rs 300,000.
Quetta District and Sessions Judge Syed Munir Ahmad Agha had rejected the bail plea of Balochistan Awami Party Senator Mir Sarfraz Bugti in a case registered against him and ordered his arrest.
It should be noted that a case has been registered against Senator Sarfraz Bugti for assisting in the abduction of 10-year-old Maria. He had sought interim bail from the High Court on the order of arrest of the Additional Sessions Judge.
