The firefighters had arrived at the scene about half an hour ago still extinguishing the fire. Alvin sat with Leo outside an empty plot next to the apartment building. Alvin couldn’t just leave the innocent boy here, he had to take him with him. He was moving to his coworkers or friends place as work would be more easy, his fellow law firm members could come to his house to discuss work related issues altogether. So he decided to take Leo with him and see how his friend would react. However first he had to convince Leo that he wouldn’t harm him and that he could trust him. It took some time but in the end he convinced Leo it would be fine.

It was almost midnight when both of them arrived at Alvin’s friend, Gabriel’s place. They were welcomed by a very tired Gabriel who also seemed shocked. “Weren’t you shifting in by morning, and who’s child is that?” Gabriel asked in one breath. “Let us in and I’ll explain” Alvin said while Leo’s hands squeezed Alvin’s jacket.
After a very long explanation Gabriel finally understood what was going on. Leo by now had his trust on Alvin as he sat right next to him on the sofa, with his arms hugging Alvin’s. Gabriel didn’t mind Leo staying in house and for now the only thing both the boys wanted was sleep. Gabriel showed them their room. Alvin and Leo were in the same room, Leo fell asleep as soon as he laid down but everything that happened in the past hours kept Alvin awake. It gave him chills just thinking about the past, it was finally time he had find out what was going on, who was causing all this trouble. Slowly Alvin also drifted away to sleep.
It was now morning and Alvin already knew he had a lot to do. Quickly he got out of bed woke Leo up as well, they both went to the kitchen just to be met with two more of Alvin’s coworkers staring at him and Leo waiting for an explanation. Breakfast was spent explaining everything and clearing things out. When they were done the two friends were assigned by Alvin to check all the CCTV footage near Etowah Apartments near the time of the fire, while Gabriel stayed home to look after Leo and go through old files of Berlin Care arson case.

Alvin went to his law firm to find possible evidence he had gathered over the years that could lead to the culprit of both the arsons being same. The Etowah Apartments fire was all over the news with investigations being carried out to look for the culprit or at least find a suspect, whoever the arsonist was they did a good job hiding evidence making it harder to find him. This was the same reason the Berlin Care arson case was closed as it became almost impossible to find clues or evidence. But Alvin couldn’t give up now, he had to have the right person earn the punishment he deserved for killing his parents.
