Pakistan’s Meteorological Department says a total solar eclipse will occur at 11:40 a.m. and end at 2:34 p.m. The duration of a total solar eclipse will be one hour and 50 minutes. The eclipse will begin at one o’clock.

In most cities, the eclipse will cause darkness during the day and a ring-shaped halo around the sun. The second solar eclipse in Pakistan this year will take place on December 14.

Medical experts have instructed that the eclipse should be viewed through special safety goggles. Use a specially designed filter for the camera as well.
