TLP placed under the list of National Counter Terrorism Authority

Lahore, 16th April: Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) has been placed under the National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA).

According to reports, TLP has been placed under NACTA which is the list of banned organizations.

As per reports from NACTA officials, TLP is the 79th member in the list of banned organizations that is prohibited to collect any kind of donations, which may be considered as terror financing.

Baaghi TV reported on Thursday that in order to determine the assets of Tehreek-e-Labbaik, the Interior Ministry had written a letter to the provincial chief secretaries.

It is pertinent to mention here that the government has issued a notification to impose a ban on Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan under the anti-terrorism act.
