Lahore, 13th May: Today in his video Mubasher Lucman discussed with facts which five countries are the top military powers of the Islamic world and overall world ranking?
The ranking is based on Armed forces only excluding Air force and Navy.
Saudi Arabia:
Starting with the fifth-ranked country it is nobody’s surprise to know Saudi Arabia, which has a defense budget of 70 billion third largest in the world after USA & CHINA. Their active soldiers are 4 Lacs 78 thousand and in reserve they have around 2 lac army giving a total of around 6 lacs armed soldier. They have a mix of small, medium, and long-range ballistic missile systems a mix of the US and Chinese technology. Saudi has 30 DF-3 Chinese missile service having a range of 4000 KM. In the world ranking Saudis are ranked 17th.
Egypt:
On number four comes Egypt, the country that has been involved in a war with Israel in the 1960s. They have a military force of 9 lacs 40 thousand with the active force of over 4 lacs they have 305 helicopters, 660 multi rocket launching system, Egypt has Russian and North Korean made missiles, 4600 tanks and 2300 artillery guns and 900 Automatic artillery gun and their worldwide ranking stand at 15th.
Iran:
Iran is the third strongest Army of Islamic world they had a long war with Iraq and since the revolution, the military strength has increased multifold. The Military budget is 20 Billion $ and worldwide ranking is 13th the total military strength is around one million with over 6 lacs, active soldiers. The Iranian military has 212 helicopters and 580 multi rocket launching systems and they are also relying on Russian and North Korean missiles technology.

They are also in the race of intercontinental ballistic missiles. ZILZAL 1, ZILZAL 2 with TONDAR have ranged from 150/200 KM. SURMA is a long-range missile with a range of 2500 KM. How Song 10 is a Korean based missile having a range of 4000 KM.
Turkey:
Turkey is an important Islamic country and a force to look up to, a position as the 2nd strongest Islamic Army with a military budget of 24 Billion $ and a worldwide ranking of 12th. Turkey has 3 lacs, 65 thousand avtive soldiers, whereas the total available army is over 7 lacs. Multi rocket launchers are 440 whereas 570 helicopters 3460 tanks 1370 automatic artillery guns and 1650 artillery guns. Turkey has its own made missile, Bora, with the range of 560 Km and they are working on enhancing the range for Bora to 2500 Km which would be capable to carry nuclear warheads.
Pakistan:
Number one Islamic military power is none other than Pakistan who happens to be the sole Islamic Nuclear power as well with battle-hardened Army that has been dealing with terrorists and infidels.
