Torkham Border: National Security Workshop

A 65-member delegation from the National Security Workshop visited Torkham Border.

According to reports, a 65-member delegation from the National Defense University (NDU) visited the Khyber District today.

According to ISPR, the fence in the border area with Afghanistan in Khyber District was also inspected. It was informed that during the visit, the delegation was given Torkham Border Terminal Management System, Border Fencing System and Pak-Afghan Border Crossing at the border. A briefing was given on the current situation.

The delegation was also briefed on the role of law enforcement agencies and other government agencies in managing the Torkham Border Terminal.

It was also learned that the delegation appreciated the services of the security agencies and was very much impressed with the mechanism.
