Lahore, 23rd April: Turkish cryptocurrency founder disappears with $2 billion.
Baaghi TV: Turkish prosecutors launched an investigation on Thursday into a cryptocurrency exchange that froze trading and left the country with $2 billion in investors’ assets.
The Thodex exchange fled after issuing a mysterious message on Wednesday suspending trading, which requires five days to deal with unspecified foreign investment. Thus billions of people drowned.
According to local media reports, Ozer, who is said to be 27 or 28 years old, has fled to Albania or Thailand.
Thodex disappeared after a promotional campaign that sold Dogecoins for a quarter of the price at which they were trading on other exchanges.
However, the exchange company stopped investing in them and did not allow them to sell coins or convert them into other cryptocurrencies. Thus the case of corrupt currency has become a major fraud.
