RAWALPINDI, 2nd May: Unprovoked firing and shelling of the Indian Army at LoC took place once again.

According to reports of Baaghi TV, Pakistan Army responded with full energy to the firing and shelling by the Indian Troops. As a result, a woman was seriously injured.

According to the Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR), the Indian Army opened fire and shelled the Haji Pir and Sankh sectors on the Line of Control (LoC). Weapons, rockets, heavy mortars, and artillery were used indiscriminately.

According to the ISPR Department, the Indian Army has been deliberately targeting the civilian population since last night.

A woman from Khawaja Bandi village was severely injured due to unprovoked firing by the Indian Army. The injured woman has been shifted to a nearby hospital.

On the other hand, a senior Indian diplomat was summoned to the Foreign Office for violating the ceasefire agreement on the LoC. Pakistan strongly protested against the violation of the ceasefire agreement by the Indian Army.

Foreign Office spokesperson Ayesha Farooqi further said that the Indian Army is constantly targeting the civilian population on the LoC and the Working Boundary, the Indian Army is targeting the civilian population with artillery and automatic heavy weapons.
