US delegation holds Strategic Level Defense Dialogue at GHQ
Islamabad, 8th January: A delegation led by the US Deputy Secretary of Defense visited GHQ to discuss the security situation in the region and other issues.
Baaghi TV: A US delegation led by Assistant Secretary of Defence for Indo-Pacific Security Affairs David Helvey visited General Headquarters (GHQ) on Friday to hold formal consultations on Pakistan-US Strategic Level Defense Dialogue.
As per reports from DG ISPR, the Pakistani delegation was led by Chief of General Staff and Lieutenant General Sahir Shamshad Mirza.
The military media wing informed that in a daylong session, issues ranging from regional security to deepening of bilateral defence and security and military to military cooperation were discussed.
According to ISPR, the Pak-US delegations held the discussions in a cordial and constructive manner.
