US will impose sanctions on Russia, North Korea for any new arms deals
United States warns Russia and North Korea of more sanctions for any new arms deals.
In a statement, State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller said US has taken a number of actions already to sanction entities that brokered arms sales between North Korea and Russia.
