Utility stores have raised prices on a variety of products.

Cooking oil of various brands has been increased to Rs 46 per liter at utility stores while the price of ghee has also been increased by up to Rs 34 per kg.

The federal government has raised the price of infant milk from Rs 10 to Rs 40 at utility stores, while the price of a bottle of shampoo has risen from Rs 4 to Rs 20, the price of laundry soap has rose from Rs 6 to 45, and the price of bath soap has risen from Rs 3 to 7.

A notice has also been issued to increase the pricing of several items from various brands, with the changes taking effect immediately.

It may be remembered that three subsidy-eligible items were raised in price last week. Ghee, sugar, and flour are among the commodities that have been raised in price.
