Friday, July 10th: The Lahore Board has declared the so-called promotion form for promotion of students by various educational institutions and academies on social media as fake.
According to the details released by the Lahore Board officials, so-called promotion forms have been issued by various educational institutions and academies for the promotion of students. He said that through promotion forms, photographs of children, identity card numbers and various documents are being sought in the name of the board office, so parents and students should refrain from giving their information on the promotion forms.
Board officials further said that so far no form or information of any kind has been issued by the Lahore Board for Matriculation or Intermediate. Forms issued by social media and academies are bogus and self-made. Parents and students should refrain from submitting fees or documents on any such form.
On the other hand, the District Education Authority started work to develop mobile schools. In the first phase, one mobile bus will be provided in five tehsils of Lahore district. A mobile school will have a seating capacity of 30 children. Education CEO Pervez Akhtar Khan says that mobile schools will be ready before the schools open. In the second phase, five more mobile schools will be set up.
