Warning issued to major housing project in Karachi

Karachi: Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) has issued a warning to Karachi’s major housing project “Creek Marina”.

The “Creek Marina” housing project under construction is not complying with environmental laws, SEPA. Creek Marina Administration should appear before the DG’s office by February 15 and submit a reply. According to the Sindh Environmental Protection Act 2014, construction companies are required to obtain an NOC from an environmental company.
