Lahore (Oct 31, 2019): Pakistan’s young right-arm fast-bowler Naseem Shah, who is just 16 years old, who was selected in the national side for the upcoming Test series against Australia Down Under, delivered a scintillating spell of fast-bowling to take six wickets while representing Central Punjab against Sindh in the ongoing Quaid-e-Azam (QeA) Trophy match at the Iqbal Stadium in Faisalabad.

The young pace sensation bowled openers Abid Ali and Khurram Manzoor to make the early breakthroughs for his side. He then removed middle-order batsmen Omair Bin Yousuf and Fawad Alam, wicket keeper-batsmsn Sarfaraz Ahmed and tailender Sohail Khan to provide the Central Punjab side with an edge in the contest.

Earlier, Naseem shah, who has already built a domestic reputation for his sharp bouncers and lightening speed , said that on his maiden call-up he also hopes to have an immediate impact.

“I aim to make an impression with my speed and swing if given a chance in the tests against Australia,” said Naseem shah.
