The weather will remain hot and dry in different cities of the country, says the Meteorological Department.
According to the Meteorological Department, thundershowers are expected in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. The weather will remain hot and dry in Islamabad. But wind and rain is expected in the afternoon.
Rain is predicted in Pothohar, Lahore, Gujranwala, Narowal, Sialkot and Faisalabad while Mandi Bahauddin, Sargodha, Mia Nawali, Khushab, Layyah, Bhakkar and DG Khan will experience rainfall.
The weather will continue to be hot and dry in most districts of Balochistan, while thundershowers are most likely to happen in Barkhan, Musa Khel, Zhob and adjoining areas.
The weather will be scorching in most of the upper and central districts of Sindh. Partly cloudy weather is foreseen in Karachi, Thatta, Badin and Hyderabad. Light rain is also expected.
The weather will stay hot and dry during the day in most districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Rain is predicted in Dir, Kohistan, Swat, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Peshawar and Mardan.
Rain with thunderstorm is expected in Kohat, Kurram, Bannu, DI Khan and Waziristan, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan with thundershowers.
