President Biden was enraged by repeated press questions on Friday about the withdrawal of Afghan troops. Biden replied that he did not want to comment further because it was a holiday weekend.

After commenting on a positive employment report in June , according to Fox News , Biden raised a number of questions about the situation in Afghanistan, where the country faces a possible defeat of the Taliban following the withdrawal of US troops.

Asked by reporters about the country’s security situation and the withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan, Biden was furious and said he wanted to focus on the July 4th holiday and good things.

“I will not answer any more questions about Afghanistan after this; look at the good news,” he said after a fourth question about the US military leaving Bagram Air Base almost two decades later. I want to say, I’m worried that you guys are asking me questions which I will answer next week, this is the holiday weekend, I am going to celebrate it.

Speaking about the economic data, Biden, as he sought to put more pressure on key foreign policy decisions during his presidency, corrected himself, saying: “I will answer all your negative questions. – Not negative, your legitimate questions. ”

The last US troops will soon leave Bagram Airfield near the Afghan capital, Kabul, and leave the Afghan army to fight the Taliban.

Biden, who had previously promised to withdraw all US troops from Afghanistan by September 11, said: “We are exactly where we were supposed to be. Some forces will remain, but it is up to our allies.” With a lack of rationality, when asked about the Afghan government’s ability to resist the Taliban’s actions, Biden said, “We’ve been in this war for 20 years, I think they have the ability to keep the government.”

They want to create a ‘running room’ to ensure that some forces remain to protect diplomatic facilities. “Negotiations with the Taliban, which are currently stalled, are likely to be restarted. I am concerned that they are dealing with internal matters for which they need help,” he said.

Asked about US air support, Biden said he had worked on “beyond the horizon” capability, but Afghans had to do this with their air force that we were helping them maintain. He then spoke about the achievements of his administration.

“Great things are happening, the economy is growing faster than any time in 40 years, a lot of new jobs have been recorded, quad deaths are less than 90%, wages are increasing than any time in 15 years,” he said. Apart from that, we’re bringing our troops home, people all over America are going to ball games, that’s good.

On the other hand, Abdullah Abdullah, an Afghan official who heads the High Council for National Reconciliation, told a US news channel that there had been “very little progress” in talks between the Afghan government and the Taliban and that it was “extremely slow”.
