According to informed sources, the board officials expressed helplessness over the constant demand of the country’s important cricketers for the restoration of institutional cricket. Top board officials offered the players to discuss the matter with the prime minister himself.
According to informed sources, three former and one current captains of the national team will try to persuade the Prime Minister tomorrow to revive institutional cricket. Misbah-ul-Haq, Azhar Ali and Muhammad Hafeez will brief the Prime Minister on the rising unemployment among the players.
