WhatsApp Launches Much Awaited New Feature

WABetainfo has announced that WhatsApp has finally launched its new feature ‘view once’ on Android.

A few days back, they announced that a new feature is coming soon on WhatsApp.

This new feature will permit you to send special pictures and videos which will allow the receiver to only view them once. It will also inform you when the receiver has seen the media file.

This option of “view once” will be present while sharing the media files.

A notification will inform when the recipient has opened it.

The media will disappear from the chat once it has been viewed it.

View once option will be available for sending media files in groups as well.

WhatsApp allows screen shots or screen recording so recipients might capture the expiring photo or video.

WhatsApp beta for Android 2.21.14.3 is marked as the compatible version for this feature.

This feature will be available on iOS beta testers later.
