According to the report of Baaghi TV, a case was heard in the Islamabad High Court against illegal commercial constructions. Chief Justice Athar Minallah directed CDA to seal the commercial building. The court sought affidavits from the CDA chairman and board members. The member CDA board replied to the court that a report has been submitted to the court.
