Lahore, 22nd December: By the will of Allah Almighty, wife of an ex-army chief met her eternal abode today.
According to reports of Baaghi TV, wife of General Mirza Aslam Beg passed away on Tuesday in Lahore.
Although the reason for her death is not yet known, her son Wajahat Mirza confirmed the news.
Wife of General Mirza Aslam Beg, who served as the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) from 1988 till 1991, will be buried today.
Her Namaz-e-Janaza will be offered at the Race Course Park, Lahore at 6 pm.
Baaghi TV expresses sincere condolence to the grieved family and prays for the higher ranks of Jannah for the lady.
