Lahore, 27th June: With the declining number of coronavirus cases across Pakistan, the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) has decided to increase the flight schedule.

Baaghi TV: With a reduced number of COVID-19 cases, NCOC has decided to increase flights from the UK, Europe, Canada, China and Malaysia by 20%.

The letter issued by NCOC to the Ministry of External Affairs, Ministry of Home Affairs and other concerned agencies said that the existing testing protocols at the time of pre-boarding and arrival would remain the same. 

The letter further said that it has decided to increase direct flights from the UK, Europe, Canada, China, and Malaysia to up to 40%.

It has been decided to continue coronavirus testing protocols for those coming to Pakistan. Coronavirus testing will be mandatory for passengers coming to Pakistan.

The home quarantine requirement for coronavirus-negative passengers coming to Pakistan has been abolished. While coronavirus positive passengers coming from abroad will be quarantined at home.
