The retirement from duty of 150 PIA pilots is the beginning of the Parliament’s revolutionary step, says senior anchorperson Mubasher Lucman.

According to Baaghi TV, senior journalist and anchorperson Mubasher Lucman has tweeted that 150 PIA pilots have been retired from active service. This step was taken this morning. He said this shows that a revolution has begun in the National Assembly.

It should be clear that many revelations have taken place regarding civil aviation after the release of the PIA Karachi crash report. Allegedly 150 out of 400 PIA pilots had fake licenses. The lists were demanded declaring all of them as a safety threat. The government has decided to take strict action against all pilots who have been flying commercial jets without a license.

The CAA has demanded the lists. According to reports, all these pilots have been grounded pending completion of inquiry.

Pilots with fake licenses are a safety threat. Pilots with allegedly fake licenses are flying planes in local airlines as well. Air Marshall Arshad Malik has summoned legal and flight operations teams. Allegedly 262 pilots have fake licenses.

On the other hand the noose has been tightened around those who sit at home and receive salary as 4 such pilots have been fired. According to sources, pilots who had not been flying since 1 and a half years, were receiving salaries.

There has been a revelation of a lady pilot receiving salary from PIA and also working abroad. She got training at the expense of PIA for flying the A320 and after getting a simulator certificate she went to Turkey. According to sources, officials have decided to take back the training expenses and salaries from the lady pilot. There will also be action taken against those who arrange the scheduling of pilots.
