16 Security Force Members Killed in Baghlan Attack
Afghanistan: At least 16 security force members were killed and more than 10 others were wounded in a Taliban attack in Baghlan province, a source said on Wednesday.
The clashes took place in Gozargah-e-Noor district as the Taliban attacked security checkpoints, said the source, adding that “clashes are still ongoing close to the police headquarters.”
However, local security officials have not yet commented on the attack.
The Taliban also has not commented on the attack.
