55th Defence day to be observed with traditional zeal

ISLAMABAD, September 4 (online): Pakistani nation will observe Defence day on Sunday with traditional zeal.

The events will be held on Defence day throughout the country. Whole nation will observe this day with the commitment that any sacrifice will be given for the sovereignty and security of beloved homeland.

6th September Defence day will start from the recitation of Quran after Fajr prayer and special prayers will be offered for stability and security of a country in all mosques.

31 guns salute in federal capital and 21 guns salute in provincial capitals will be presented whereas ceremonies will be organized of Laying floral wreaths on the monuments of those martyrs who sacrificed their life for the country and were conferred with Nishan e Haider.
