Saudi Man Has Built A Plane In His House

According to the reports of local media of Dubai, a man, named Mohammed Bilal Khoutan, in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia built an airplane in his own house. He did it all by himself and with some help from his son to satisfy his son’s fantasy of becoming a pilot.

According to reports from local media of Dubai, Bilal Khoutani researched extensively. He surveyed greatly and experimented a lot on the process of designing and building an airplane. To make his son an airplane, he browsed and surveyed a lot on the process of formation of an airplane. Hence, Khoutani had to watch several videos of the process of construction of a plane.

Mohammed Bilal Khoutani said that his son told him about his desire of evolving to be a pilot. After listening to his son’s wish, Khoutani intended to encourage his son by aiding him in making his dream come true. To motivate his son, the idea of assembling a plane came to his mind. He would do that to assist his son train on the ground, first.

Khoutani did plenty of research on how he could develop and assemble a plane. He skimmed through a lot and watched many tapes on how to construct an airplane.

Khoutani understood the components of an airplane and its parts. He studied and searched in detail about where to get each raw material to get the plan in form from and how to put everything concurrently before purchasing the equipment and materials required.

He said that it took him approximately three years to finish off the construction of his son’s airplane. Initially, he worked months in just designing the aircraft, way before getting its raw material purchased from the market and then settling everything together.

Khoutani says that the layout of the airplane took a long duration because he encountered many complications in getting equipment delivered to his places such as engine and insulation materials and paints, etc which had to be imported.

Khoutani sketched the phases of the building procedure. He began from the abstract layout and its execution, followed by plopping together the parts and assembling the electrical fractions such as steering, counters, brakes, engine, struts, and others.

The aircraft does not fly but it is decent enough for his son to get educated before enrolling in a flying college to make his dream a reality and become a pilot.
