India: The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has confirmed that the construction of the grand Ram Temple in Ayodhya has been fully completed, marking a significant milestone for devotees worldwide.

The main temple and six shrines within the inner complex are now ready, the Trust has said.

The Trust stated that temples dedicated to Lord Shiva, Lord Ganesh, Lord Hanuman, Lord Surya, Goddess Bhagwati and Goddess Annapurna have also been finished.

Flags and sacred urns have been installed atop each of these shrines, symbolising the formal completion of construction efforts in the inner sanctum, as per an Indian media report.

The Ram Temple project received over Rs.3,000 crore in donations from lakhs of devotees across India and abroad during the contribution campaign.

Officials highlighted that around Rs.1,500 crore has been billed so far, reflecting expenditure on the completed construction work.

Remaining works across the complex are estimated to cost a total of around Rs.1,800 crore.

A large scale celebration will be held on November 25, marking the temple’s completion with a grand flag-hoisting ceremony.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been invited to attend the event.

Preparations are underway to invite over 8,000 to 10,000 guests, including those who have donated since 2022.
