Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex, is returning to the big screen after an 8 year long break.
As per reports, Duchess Meghan is all set for a cameo in a film called, “Close Personal Friends.” The film starring Lily Collins, Jack Quaid, Brie Larson and Henry Golding marks the end of her 8 year break. Being shot in Los Angeles, it marks her return to big screen.
Meghan marks it as a major moment in life as she returns to doing what she has always loved, acting. According to her, she has had multiple offers but this one “felt right.”
As per reports she was spotted on the set which confirms her return to acting.
As per a source, “It is Meghan’s way of gently putting her toe back in the water and seeing how she enjoys being back on set. Everyone involved is super-excited, and have been sworn to secrecy about her involvement.”

The Hollywood Reporter quotes the new film to centre around a couple that befriends a celebrity couple on their trip to Santa Barbara.
The entertainment industry believe that the role seems right up the former actresses’ alley.
A subtle come-back to the screens, Meghan and Harry are currently living with their two children in Santa Barbara. Hence, her being on location makes her perfect for the cameo role.
Lastly, Meghan is managing other projects including on the side too. For instance, her Netflix series, “With Love, Meghan” is on its course. Also, her music album and podcast with Prince Harry is live.
Moreover, her brand “As Ever” is one of the ventures she is embarked upon to explore her long lasting love for cooking. The brand manufactures products such as jams, teas, candles, and wines.
