Starring Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan, Neelofar has set the screens on fire making the fans relive their Humsafar (2011) era.
The Khan duo was last seen together in Maula Jatt (2022), but this is the first romantic venture in the cinematic universe since Humsafar. The film hits theatres on 28th November all across Pakistan.
Moreover, it is written and directed by Ammar Rasool and is to be a romantic drama themed experience.
The trailer reveals the story of its titular character Neelofar, a blind girl who befriends a poet played by Fawad Khan. The film will unravel the story of the two characters as they fall in love.

The on-screen chemistry is as magical as the fans anticipated it to be. For instance, upon Neelofar’s trailer release fans wrote that it is the first Pakistani movie that doesnt look like a drama. Another added, that Mahira and Fawad have insane chemistry and they look beautiful together. One fan wrote, The movie is a game changer showing true potential. Lastly, one said, the trailer looks like a British Netflix movie.

As per reports, the pre-sale tickets for Neelofar are available all across Pakistan. Moreover, audiences are calling it the most talked about film of the year. To add, in terms of cinematography, the trailer reflects a warm and poetic setting. With soft lighting, a muted color palette and frames focusing on the two, the film gives a timeless feel.

Lastly, Neelofar introduces Madiha Imam as one of the central characters. Additionally, Madiha is set to make her first cinematic debut. Other big stars in the cast include Behroze Sabzwari, Atiqa Odho, Sarwat Gillani, and Gohar Rasheed.

The performance driven drama and layered portrayal of love, yearning, betrayal, hate and the quest for popularity are something Neelofar is going to explore in depth.
