IIOJK: The All Parties Hurriyat Conference has strongly condemned India’s continued military occupation of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, describing it as a systemic campaign of terror and repression against the Kashmiri people.
APHC spokesman Advocate Abdul Rashid Minhas in a statement issued in Srinagar said that life under India’s rule has been turned into a living nightmare, with Kashmiris routinely denied basic rights, subjected to humiliation, arbitrary arrests, torture, and killings for demanding self-determination.
He called upon the international community to intervene and hold India accountable for decades of atrocities.
The spokesman said the Modi regime has escalated state terrorism to unprecedented levels, ignoring global outrage and acting with complete impunity. He urged the United Nations and international watchdogs to immediately act against India’s systematic human rights violations, stressing that the world has a legal and moral duty to end the suffering of Kashmiris.
