Wife of Justice Qazi Faiz Issa appears before FBR
Lahore, 10th August: Serena Issa, the wife of Justice Qazi Faiz Issa has appeared before FBR for the third time.
According to Baaghi TV, Justice Faiz Issa’s wife appeared before the FBR office to file a reply. She submitted her reply to the FBR and left.

Justice Faiz Issa’s wife refrained from speaking to the media. On her return, the journalist asked if she had submitted a reply, to which Serena Issa replied that she could not speak yet.

Serena Issa arrived at the FBR office with the documents in her hand. Commissioner Automatic Exchange of Information Zulfiqar Ahmed, who looks after foreign property matters, is investigating the matter.
It should be noted that the Supreme Court has granted the petition of Justice Qazi Faiz Issa. The Supreme Court has declared the presidential reference null and void.

The court said that the FBR should issue notices to the wife of Justice Qazi Issa regarding the property within 7 days. The notices of the FBR should be sent to the official residence of Justice Qazi Faiz Issa.
The court ruled that the Inland Revenue Commissioner would hear all parties. The Income Tax Commissioner should decide in accordance with the law, and the FBR should submit a report to the Supreme Judicial Council within 7 days.
The Chairman FBR should provide all information to the Supreme Judicial Council. The decision was announced by Justice Umar Ata Bandial, who presided over the full court bench.
