A delegation of Ulema called on President Dr. Arif Alvi

According to details, a delegation of Ulema led by Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman called on President Dr Arif Alvi at Governor House Karachi.

On this occasion, Dr. Arif Alvi said that scholars should play their role in creating awareness among the people regarding the health of mother and child.

The President said that religious scholars should create awareness among the people on the rights of women in inheritance in accordance with Islamic teachings.

The Ulema lauded the role of President Dr. Arif Alvi in ​​keeping the mosques open during the COVID-19 in accordance with the SOPs, for creating inter-faith harmony and for taking all schools of thought into confidence on important issues including Covid-19.

The President of Pakistan visited the house of former Nazim of Karachi Nematullah Khan and offered Fateha for the elevation of the late and expressed deep sorrow and grief over his demise.
